What exactly do I receive — is this an original painting?+
Yes — every piece is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted original oil pastel. This is not a print. Your piece is painted specifically for your order, signed by hand, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Choose between an 8×10 original ($129) or an 11×14 original ($159) — both are on board, ready to frame.
What is always in every painting, and what do I choose?+
Every piece shares the same signature elements: a worn farmhouse wood table surface, two small signature details I always include in the lower left corner, my folk art style with expressive loose brushwork, and an earthy palette with natural light from the left. What you choose is two produce items from the list, one mug color, and your size. Three decisions, one original painting.
My produce isn't on the list — can I request something custom?+
The list covers what's currently in my painted collection. If you want something specific that isn't there — a regional vegetable, an heirloom variety, something from your garden — email us at crrosaespinosa@outlook.com. We'll let you know if we can include it. Custom additions may require additional time and a small fee.
How long does it take?+
After your payment is confirmed, your piece is produced and ships within 5–7 business days directly from my studio in Little Rock, Arkansas. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What's included with my order?+
Every order includes your original oil pastel painting, hand-signed with a certificate of authenticity, carefully packed for safe shipping from Little Rock, Arkansas.
Will I see the painting before it ships?+
No — and here's why that works in your favor. You've chosen the produce and the mug. The first time you see the finished work is the first time it exists as a painting. What we promise instead: if the piece doesn't feel right when it arrives, we will repaint it or refund you within 60 days. No preview necessary. No risk to you.
What's your return policy?+
Because each piece is painted to your order, we don't offer returns for change of heart. But if the painting arrives and it doesn't feel right — contact us within 60 days. We will either repaint it at no charge or refund you in full. No questions asked.
How do I pay?+
After you fill out your order form, you'll be taken directly to a secure Stripe checkout page — no waiting, no back-and-forth. Pay with any major credit card. You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email immediately, and your shipping address is collected during checkout. Production begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
